The highest amount of indebtedness or liability to
which said corporation can at any time subject
itself shall not exceed the amount of the capital
stock of said corporation.

Christian Culture Lyceum Circuit, and each being
duly sworn severally acknowledged that he execu-
ted the same for the uses and purposes therein
expressed.
