   TRUSTEES OF MOUNT OLIVE BAPTIST CHURCH
                   TO                       WARRANTY DEED.

  This indenture, Made this 14th day of February 1914, between Trustees of Mount Olive Baptist
  Church of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida parties of the first part and W.P. Perk
 ins of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida party of the second part, Witnesseth, That
  the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of $52.50 dollars, to
 them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge-
  ed, has granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
 forever, the following described lots, pieces or tract of land, situated and being in Alac
  hua County, Florida, to-wit: Commence at SW Corner of Blk one Range 4 in the Moore Addition to
   the Town of High Springs in NE4 of SE4 of Sec3 Tp5 S of Range 17 East Thence SW along
   the East line of Moore St continued 100 ft to beginning of land herein described Thence SW a-
 long same line 160 feet, Thence SE along North line of 5 Ave continued 200 feet, Thence NE parall
 ell to Moore St 200 feet, Thence NW 117 feet to corner, Thence West 93 feet to beginning, known
as the "Fryer lot" To have and to hold the above described premises, together with all and singu-
lar the tenements, the hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise apper-
  taining, unto him the said party of the second part, heirs and assigns forever. And the said part
ies of the first part do hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same a-
  gainst the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
