And the said Alice Budinger, the wife of the said T.B.Budinger on an examination taken and made sep-
arately and apart from her said husband, acknowledged that she made herself a party to said deed for
the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her dower and rights of dower and conveying her separate
estate in and to the lands and tenements and hereditaments herein described and hereby granted and
released, and that she executed said deed freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constrai
nt, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
