      Tuesday December 11th 1855

  And now on this day came the parties by their respective
attorneys and it is consented and agreed by the parties that the plain
tiff do have Judgment against the defendant for the sum of
          Dollars and                     cents Whereupon
It is ordered, considered and adjudged by the Court that the plain
tiff do have and recover of and from the defendant said sum
of        Dollars and               cents together
with his costs in this behalf Expended Taxed at Two -----
Dollars and forty ----- cents and the defendant in mercy &c

  And now on this day came the parties by their respective
attorneys and it is consented and agreed by the parties that
the plaintiff do have judgment against the defendant for the
sum of Seventy two Dollars and Forty eight
cents, Whereupon it is ordered considered and adjudged by the
court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and from
the defendant the said sum of                  Dollars and
            cents together with his costs in this behalf
Expended Taxed at              Dollars and
cents and the defendant in mercy &c

  The Grand Jury came into Court and returned the
following Bills of Indictment consenting that the Court may
alter matters of form not altering matters of substance to wit

          vs          } Indictment for Larceny

          vs          } Indictment for Adultery & Fornication
Caleb Christmas       }  A True Bill
                              Samuel R. Pyles  Foreman
  The Court then adjourned until Tomorrow morning at
half past Nine oclock -   William A. Forward
