And now on this day came the parties by their respective
attorneys and it is consented and agreed by the parties that the plain
tiff do have Judgment against the defendant for the sum of
Dollars and cents Whereupon
It is ordered, considered and adjudged by the Court that the plain
tiff do have and recover of and from the defendant said sum
of Dollars and cents together
with his costs in this behalf Expended Taxed at Two -----
Dollars and forty ----- cents and the defendant in mercy &c

the defendant the said sum of Dollars and
cents together with his costs in this behalf

The Grand Jury came into Court and returned the

alter matters of form not altering matters of substance to wit
