P.W. Cato        }  Now on this day comes the parties
aforesaid by their attorneys, and the Defendant saying
nothing in bar or perclusion of the plaintiffs said
action hereof against him It, is ordered that the plain
tiff do have his Judgement against ^the said defendant by default
and that the Clerk assess the Damages in this cause and
make his report thereof - Whereupon the Clerk having
assessed the Damages at Eighty Eight Dollars and
thirty three cents Dollars It is futher ordered, considered,
and adjudged by this Court that the Plaintiff do have
and recover of and from the said Defendant the said
sum of Eighty Eight and 33/100     Dollars,
for his Damages, assessed as aforesaid together with his
costs in this behalf Expended Taxed at Five dollars
and forty three cents and the defendant in mercy &c

A.B. Sanchez & S.R. Johnson }  Now on this day comes the
parties aforesaid by their respective Attornies, and the Defts
saying nothing in Bar or perclusion of the Plaintiffs said
action hereof against him - It is ordered that that the
Plaintiffs do have their Judgement by default against the
the Defendants and that the Clerk assess the Damages
  Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the Damages at
Fifty eight & 67/100 ----------------- Dollars
It is futher ordered considered and adjudged by this
Court that the said plaintiffs do have and recover
of and from the said defendant the said sum
of Fifty eight dollars and Sixty seven cents
together with his costs in this behalf taxed at Four dollars & 95/100
