Court that the defendant plaintiff do recover of
and from the defendant the said sum of Fifty Eight
Dollars & Sixty seven dollars for their damages as
aforesaid together with their costs in this behalf
expended taxed at &c ----

John Lewis     } Now on this day came the parties by
their respective attorneys, and the defendants saying
nothing in bar or perclusion of the plaintiffs said
action hereof against him, It is ordered that the
plaintiff do have judgement by default and that
the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the
Clerk haveing assessed the damages at Eleven hundred
and forty five dollars 32/100 dollars It is
futher ordered Considered and adjudged by the
Court that the plaintiff do have and recover
of and from the said defendant the said sum of
Eleven hundred and forty five dollars 32/100 dollars 
for his damages as aforesaid together with this
costs in this behalf expended Taxed at &c --
Seven dollars and fifteen cents

One hundred and five Dollars & fifty cents
It is futher ordered Considered and adjudged that the

the said sum of money to wit -  $105.50
            for his damages as aforesaid
