Now on this day Came the parties by their respective attorneys
and the defendant saying nothing in bar or perclusion of
the plaintiffs said action hereof against him, It is ordered
that the plaintiff do have his judgement by default and
that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk
haveing assessed the damages at Three hundred & forty three
and 18/100 dollars it is futher ordered, Considered
and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff recover
of and from the said defendant the said sum of
  $343.18          damages as aforesaid
together with his costs in this behalf expended
taxed at &c  --- Five dollars and fifty five cents

    Whereupon the Clerk assessed the damages at
Eighty three and 75/100 dollars, it is futher
ordered that the plaintiff do receive and recover
of and from the said defendant the said sum of Eighty
three Dollars and seventy five cents for his damages
as aforesaid together with his costs in this behalf
expended Taxed at &c ===== Four dollars
and twenty five cents

E.S. Gunnell                 } saying nothing in bar or perclusion of
the plaintiffs said action hereof against him It is ordered and
that the plaintiff do have his judgement by default and that the
Clerk do assess the damages, Whereupon the Clerk having assessed
the damages at One hundred & twenty & 81/100 Dolls it is futher
ordered and adjudged by Court that the plaintiff do recover of and from
the defendant the said sum of $121.81
for his damages aforesaid together with his costs in this
behalf expended Taxed at &c ---- Three dollars
and ninety seven cents
