                     }  And now on this day came the Plaintiff
by their Attorney and the defendant being three times solemnly
called came not but made default - On motion of the Attorney
for Plaintiffs It is ordered that Plaintiffs do have their judgment
by default and that the Clerk assess their damages in this behalf
and the Clerk having assessed the damages at the sum of three
hundred and Eighty four dollars and forty five cents
whereupon It is ordered, considered and adjudged that
the Plaintiffs do have and recover of and from the said
Defendants the said sum of Three hundred and Eighty four
dollars and forty five cents as their damages together with
their costs in this behalf expended Taxed at two dollars
Eighty four cts and the defendant in mercy &c

that the Plaintiffs do have and recover of and from the said
Defendant the said sum of five hundred and fifty two dollars
and thirty three cents as their damages together with their costs in
this behalf expended taxed at Three dollars seventy
five cents and the defendant in mercy &c
