                   And now on this day came
the plaintiffs by their attorneys, and the defen
dants saying nothing in bar or preclusion of
the plaintiff's said action hereof against him
It is ordered by the Court, that the plaintiff
do have his judgment by default and that
the Clerk do assess the damages. Whereupon
the Clerk having assessed the damages at
Ninety nine ----------------- Dollars and
fifty one cents, It is further ordered con-
sidered and adjudged by the Court that
the said plaintiff do have and recover of
and from the said defendant the said
sum of Ninety Nine           Dollars
and fifty one cents, for his damages, to-
gether with the sum of Five ---- Dollars
and forty cents for his costs in tis be-
half expended taxed at

the parties by their respective attorneys and the de
fendant saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the
plaintiffs said action hereof against him It is
ordered by the Court that the said plaintiff do have
