                And now on this day came the
parties by their respective attorneys and the
defendants saying nothing in bar or pre-
clusion of the plaintiffs said action - hereof
       on motion 
against him^It is ordered that the plain
tiff do have his judgment by default &
 with stay of Fi fa until 1st Feby
^that the Clerk do assess the damages-
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at One hundred & sixteen Dollars
and twenty five cents, It is further ordered con-
sidered and adjudged by the Court, that
the said plaintiff do have and recover of
and from the said defendant the said
sum of One hundred & Sixteen Dollars and
twenty five cents for his damages, together
with his Costs in this behalf expended
taxed Five  Dollars and Seventy one
cents
