And now on this day came the
parties by their respective attorneys and the defendant
Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs
said action hereof against him, it is ordered by the
Court that the plaintiff do have his judgement by
default for want of a plea and that the Clerk do
assess the damages, Whereupon the Clerk having
assessed the damages at Seventy four
dollars and fifty five cents it is further ordered
considered and adjudged by the Court, that the said
plaintiff do have and recover of and from the
said defendant, the said Sum of Seventy
four dollars and fifty five cents for his
damages together with his costs in this behalf
expended taxed at Five dollars and
ninety five cents and the defendant in mercy &c

dant Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the pla-
intiffs Said action hereof against him it is ordered
by the Court that the plaintiff do have his judge-
-ment by default for want of a plea and that
the Clerk do assess the damages, Whereupon
the Clerk having assessed the damages at
One hundred and Eighteen dollars and fifty eight
cents it is further ordered considered and ad-
judged by the Court that the said plaintiff
do have and recover of and from the said
defendant the said Sum of One hundred and
Eighteen dollars and fifty Eight cents for
his damages together with his costs in his
behalf expended taxed at three ---------------
dollars and Eighty five cents and the
defendant in mercy &c
