                         And now on this day came the
        parties by their respective attorney and the
        defendant saying nothing in bar or pre
        -clusion of the plaintiffs Said action hereof 
        against him, It is Ordered by the court that
        that the said plaintiff do have his judgement
        by default for want of a plea and that the
        Clerk do assess the damages at One
hundred forty three dollars and ninety four
        cents it is futher Ordered, Considered and ad-
        -judged by the Court that the Said plaintiff
        do have and recover of and from the said
        defendant the said sum of One hundred & forty three
        dollars and ninety four cents together with
        his costs in his behalf expended taxed at
        Seven dollars and Sixteen
        cents and the defendant in mercy &c

        defendant saying nothing gin bar or perclusion 
        of the plaintiffs Said action hereof against
        him, It is Ordered by the Court that the said
        plaintiff do have his judgement by default for want
        of a plea and that the Clerk do assess the damages
        Whereupon the Clerk having assess the damages at Two
hundred & forty five dollars and 87 --- cents it is futher Ordered
        and adjudged by the Court that the said plaintiff
        do have and recover of and from the said defendant the
        the said sum of 144 dollars and 87 cents with
        his costs in this behalf &c taxed at $7.75
