                            And now on this day came 
the parties by their respective attorneys and the 
defendant Saying nothing in bar or preclusion 
of the plaintiffs said action hereof against him
It is ordered by the Court that the plaintiff do 
have his judgment by default, and that the 
Clerk do assess the damages, Whereupon the 
Clerk having assessed the damages at Twenty
three --------- Dollars and forty nine cents 
It is further ordered considered and adjudged
by the Court that the said plaintiff do have 
and recover of and from the said defendant
the said Sum of Twenty three ----------- Dollars
and forty nine  cents for his damages, together 
with his costs in this behalf expended taxed at 
Four Dollars and fifteen cents, and the de-
fendant in mercy &c

ties by their respective attorneys, and the defendant 
Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs 
said action hereof against him, It is ordered 
by the Court that the plaintiff do have his judg-
ment by default for want of a plea, and that the 
Clerk do assess the damages, Whereupon the Clerk 
having assessed the damages at Three hundred & fifty eight
Dollars and Eighty seven cents, It is further ordered 
considered and adjudged by the Court, that the said 
plaintiff do have and recover of and from the 
said defendant the said Sum of $358.87/100 Dollars 
and --------- cents for his damages, together with 
his costs in this behalf expended taxed at Four
Dollars and Seventy five cents and the defendant 
in mercy &c
