And now on this day came
the parties by their respective Attorneys and the
defendant saying nothing in bar or preclusion
of the plaintiffs said action hereof against him
It is ordered by the Court that the said plaintiff
do have his judgment by default for want of a
plea and that the Clerk do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at One hundred and Sixty eight dollars and fifty
eight cents It is further ordered considered
and adjudged by the Court that the said
plaintiff do have and recover of and from the
said defendant the said sum of One hundred and
Sixty eight Dollars and fifty eight Cents
together with his costs in this behalf expended
taxed at two ---- Dollars and ninety five

that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon
the Clerk having assessed the damages at One
hundred and thirty Dollars and twenty four Cents
It is further ordered, considered and adjudged
by the Court that the said plaintiff do have and
recover of and from the said defendant the said sum
of $130.24/100 Dollars and -------- Cents
together with his costs in this behalf expended
taxed at four Dollars and thirty three Cents
