And now on this day came the
parties by their respective attornies and the defendant
saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiff
said action hereof against him It is ordered by
the Court that the said plaintiff do have his
judgment by default for want of a plea and
that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon
the Clerk having assessed the damages at Two hundred &
twenty seven Dollars and eighty two Cents it
is further ordered considered and adjudged by the
Court that the said plaintiff do have and recover
of and from the said defendant the said sum of
Two hundred & twenty seven Dollars and Eighty two Cents
together with his costs in this behalf expended taxed
at Four Dollars and five ----- Cents

Dollars and Sixty Cents It is further
ordered considered and adjudged by the Court
that the said plaintiff do have and recover
of and from the said defendant the said sum
of Five hundred & forty eight Dollars and Sixty Cents
together with his costs in this behalf expended taxed
at Three ---------- Dollars and Seventy five Cents
