                       And now on this day came the
parties by their respective attornies and the defendant
saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs said
action hereof against him, It is ordered by the Court
that the said plaintiff do have his Judgment by de
fault for want of a plea and that the Clerk do assess
the damages, Whereupon the Clerk having assessed
the damages at One hundred & forty two nineteen dollars and
twenty five sixty two cents, It is further ordered, considered and
adjudged by the Court that the said plaintiff do
have and recover of and from the said defendant
the said sum of $142.25 $119.62 dollars and
------ cents together with his cost in this behalf
expended taxed at Four ---- dollars and
Seventy five Cents
