And now on this day came the
parties by their respective attornies and the defendant
saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiff
said action hereof against him. It is ordered by
the Court that the said plaintiff so have his Jud
gement by default for want of a plea and that
the Clerk do assess the damages, whereupon the
Clerk having assessed the damages at Three hundred
& Seventy five dollars and fifty one Cents
It is further ordered, Considered, and adjudged
by the Court that the said plaintiff do have and
recover of and from the said defendant the said
sum of 375 ---- Dollars and 57 -----
------ Cents together with his Costs in this
behalf expended taxed at three --------------
dollars and ------------ Cents

J.M. Stokes } the parties by their respective
attornies and the defendant saying nothing in bar

him, It is ordered by the Court that the said plain
tiff do have his Judgement by default for want of
a plea and that the Clerk do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at
One hundred & Eighty four dollars and twenty five
Cents, It is further ordered, Considered and adj
-udged by the Court that the said plaintiff do have
and recover of and from the said defendant the
said sum of 184 ---------- dollars and
25 Cents together with his Costs in this behalf expen
ded taxed at two --------------- dollars and
ninety five Cents
