Richard Roe             }      Ejectment
Robt Harrison           }
tenant in possession    }  This day came the Plaintiff
                           by his Attorney and it appearing
by return of the Sheriff that Robert Harrison tenant in
possession of the premises, hath been duly served with
a copy of the conditional order made in this cause and
he not appearing alltho' solemnly called, It is
considered by the Court that the Plaintiff recover
against the defendant his term yet to come of and
in the message and lands aforesaid with the
appurtenances, Whereupon the plaintiff prays a
writ to the Sheriff of said County to be directed to
cause him to have possession of his term aforesaid
yet to come and to him it is granted, returnable
here &c
