Monday Decbr 8th 1856

Resolved, That we tender our sympathies to the
father of the deceased and others of his family
  Resolved that a Copy of these resolu-
tions be transmitted to the widow of our deceased
Brother, that in respect to his memory, the
Court do now adjourn until tomorrow
morning at eight oclock, and that these
resolutions be spread upon the minutes
of the Court, all of which is respectfully
submitted

Which motion was unanimously adopted
and upon motion the meeting adjourned
Sine die
  The labours of the Court were returned,
where upon motion the same was ad-
journed until tomorrow morning
at nine oclock in pursuance to the
last resolution
