considered ordered and adjudged by the Court that the said
defendant Plaintiff do recover of and from the said defendant
the said sum of one hundred & ninety four and 70/100 Dolls
in form aforesaid assessed, and the costs of said plaintiff
in this behalf expended and taxed at three dollars
twenty four cents And the said defendant
in mercy &c

} Now on this day comes the
said parties by their respective Attornies and their being
no plea or other answer filed in said cause on
motion of plaintiffs Attorney, it is ordered that
the said Plaintiff do have Judgment by default and
that the Clerk do assess the damages, -- And the
Clerk having assessed the damages at, Two hundred and
forty three Dollars and four cents It is therefore
ordered and considered that the said plaintiff do
recover of and from the said defendant the said sum of
($243.04) in form aforesaid assessed
together with the costs in his suit in this behalf expended
taxed at, Three dollars and Seventy five cents
And the said defendant in mercy &c
