                          be transferred to appearance

         vs            }  Assumpsit
Lewis G. Pyles         }  And now on this day
comes the parties by their respective attorney
and there being no plea or other answer filed
in said cause on motion of plaintiffs atty ordered
assess the damages whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at Three hundred & twelve dollars & thirteen cents
cents thereupon It is ordered considered and adjudged by the court
the Said plaintiff do recover of and from the Said defendant
the Said Sum of ($312.13)
dollars in form aforesaid assessed and the costs of this Suit
in this behalf Expended taxed at three dollars and 75/100
and the defendant in Mercy &c
