It was ordered that this cause be discontinued

                 And now on this day came the plaintiff
by his Attorneys and the defendant being called answered
not, Whereupon It was ordered by the Court that the
plaintiff do have his Judgment by default and the
Clerk to assess the damages, Whereupon the Clerk
having assessed the damages at Eighty Seven & 99/100
Dollars, It was further ordered considered and ad
judged by the Court that said plaintiff do have
and from said defendant the said sum of
Eighty Seven dollars and ninety nine cents
together with his costs in this behalf expended
taxed at Six ----- Dollars and thirteen
cents and the defendant in mercy &c
