                    Now on this day came
the Plaintiff by his attorney and the defen
dant being three times called came not
but made default thereupon on mo
tion of plaintiffs attorney it is ordered
that the plaintiff do have his judgment
by default and that the Clerk assess the
damages and the Clerk having assessed
the damages at the sum of Two hundred
& two Dollars and Sixty   cents
   It is ordered considered and
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff
do recover of and from said defen
dant the said sum of Two hundred and
two Dollars and Sixty cents   cents
together with his costs in this behalf
expended taxed at Four ~~~~ Dollars
and fifty three cents and the defendant
in mercy &c
