                     And now on this day came the Plaintiff
by his Atty and the defendant being three times solemnly called
came not but made default.  Therefore on motion of Plffs
Atty  It is ordered that the Plaintiff do have his judgment by defau-
lt and that the clerk assess the damages  --  and the Clerk,
having assessed the damages at the sum of
     dollars and          cents
It is ordered considered and adjudged by the Court that
the Plaintiff do have and recover of and from the Defen-
dant the said sum of     dollars &
     cents together with his costs in this behalf
expended taxed at     dollars &
     cents and the defendant in mercy &c

                         And now on this day came the
Plaintiff by his atty and the Deft being three times solemnly
called came not but made Default on motion 
of Plffs atty it is ordered that the Plaintiff have his
judgment by default and that the clerk assess the damages
and the clerk having assessed the damages at one Hun-
dred & Eighty four dollars and ninety one cents for his
damages.  It is ordered, considered and adjudged by
the court that the Plaintiff do have and recover of
and from the said Defendant the said sum of
one hundred & eighty four dollars and twenty one 
cents for his damages together with his costs in this behalf
expended  Taxed at two dollars and
ninety five cents and the Defendant in mercy &C
