                     And now on this day came 
the plaintiff by his atty and the defendant being
three times solemnly called came not but made
default therefore on motion of Plaintiffs atty it is
ordered that the Plaintiff have his Judgment
by default and that the clerk assess the damages
and the Clerk having assessed the damages at
the sum of Three hundred & forty two dollars and
Eighty two cents
It is therefore ordered adjudged by the Court
that the said Plaintiff do have and recover
of the said Defendant the said sum of three hun-
dred & forty two Dollars & eighty two  --  cents as
his damages together with his costs in this
behalf expended taxed at Four and 55/100 Dollars
and the Deft in mercy &c

by their respective attorneys and consented that
Judgment be entered by Default against the
Defendant and the Clerk assess the damages
and thereupon the Clerk assessed the damages at
Five hundred and thirty seven dollars and
nine cents
It is ordered therefore considered and adjudged by the
Court that the said plaintiff do have his
Judgment by default recover of and from
the said defendant the said sum of Five hundred
and thirty seven dollars and nine  cents
together with his costs in this behalf expended
taxed at two dollars and seventy five cents
and the defendant in mercy &c
