came the parties by their respective attorneys
and consented that Judgment be entered up
against the Defendants and the Clerk assess
the damages and thereupon the Clerk assessed
the damages at  Seven hundred  Dollars and
twenty two cents.
It is therefore ordered adjudged and considered
by the Court that the said plaintiff do have 
and recover of and from the said defendant
the said sum of Seven hundred dollars and 
twenty two cents together with their costs
in this behalf expended  taxed at two
                      cts 
dollars and seventy five^and he the defendant in mercy &c

It is therefore ordered considered and adjudged by the
Court that the said plaintiff do have and recover of &
from the said defendant the said sum of one Thousand
and Eighty one Dollars & forty cents together with their 
costs in this behalf expended  taxed at three dollars
& fifteen cts.  And he the defendant in mercy &c
