             At a regular term of the Circuit Court for the
Eastern Circuit of Florida holden on this the 11th day of
May A.D. 1857 at the Court House in the Town of Gainesville
in and for the County of Alachua in said Circuit.

The Venire heretofore issued being returned, and the
Jurors summoned to attend at this time being called
the following thirty one Jurors answered to their
