          The Grand Jurors were then sworn, and the Court
thereupon delivered its charge
          David W. Mizelle was then duly sworn to at-
tend the Grand Jury during the present term of the
Court.  Whereupon the Grand Jury retired, at-
tended by their Bailiff to their room
          The following Jurors were excused for
the times and reasons hereinafter Stated, viz: ---

    The Court convened after Two Oclock and pro-
