And now on this day came the parties by their
respective attorneys and the defendant saying nothing in bar or
preclusion of the plaintiffs said action hereof against him. It
is ordered by the Court that the said plaintiff do have his
Judgment against the said defendant by default for want
of plea, and that the Clerk do assess the damages. Whereof the
Clerk having assessed the damages at ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dollars and ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ cents. It is further ordered consi-
dered and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do
have and recover of and from the said defendant the said
sum of ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dollars and ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ for
his damages together with his cost in this behalf expended
Taxed at ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dollars and ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ cents and
