and now on this day came the parties by
their respective attorneys and the defendant saying nothing in
bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs said action hereof against
him, It is ordered by the Court that the said plaintiff do
have his judgment against the said defendant by default
for want of a plea and that the Clerk do assess the damages
Whereof the Clerk having assessed the damages at Fifty
nine Dollars and Seventy eight cents, It is further
ordered considered and adjudged by the Court that the plain
tiff do have and recover of and from the said defendant
the said sum of Fifty nine Dollars and Seventy eight
cents for his damages together with his cost in this behalf
expended Taxed at Four Dollars and forty seven cents
and the defendant in mercy &c

ndant the said sum of One hundred & nineteen Dollars and
Sixty six cents for his damages together with his cost
in this behalf expended Taxed at Four Dollars and
eighty three cents and the defendant in mercy &c
