And now on this day came
the parties by their respective attorneys and the defendant
saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs said
action hereof against him, It is ordered by the Court
that the said plaintiff do have his Judgment against
the said defendant by default for want of plea, and that
the Clerk do assess the damages, Whereof the Clerk having
assessed the damages at ---------------------------------------
Dollars and ------------------------------cents, It is further
ordered considered and adjudged by the Court that the
plaintiff do have and recover of and from the said
defendant the said sum ---------------------------Dollars
and -----------------------cents for his damages together
with his cost in this behalf expended Taxed at -------------

And now on this day came the plaintiff by
his attorney and it appearing from the record in this
cause that Judgement by default was rendered against
the defendant in favor of the plaintiff at the last
term of this court with Writ of Inquiry returnable to
this present Term of said Court Thereupon came a
Jury to wit.

Who being duly sworn well and truly to assess the
damages according to the law and evidence after
hearing the Testimony, argument of Counsel and Charge
of the Court retired to consider of their Verdict, and afterward
to wit on the same day said Jury returned into Court and
rendered the following Verdict, "We the Jury assess the
damages against the defendant in favor of the plaintiff
at and for the sum of Fifty one Dollars and fifty cents |
