Whereupon it is ordered, considered and adjudged by the
Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and from
the defendant the aforesaid sum of Fifty one Dollars and
Fifty cents, for his damages together with his costs in this be-
half paid, laid out and Expended Taxed at Thirteen --
Dollars and forty three cents and the defendant in mercy
&c -
