                   On motion of Mr. Dawkins It is ordered by the
Court that alias capias issued against S.S. Watson and J.G. Watson


James W. Pyles  }  Bradford & McLin
         vs     }           assumpsit
Wm F. Perry     }  Means
                                   And now on this day came
the parties by their respective attornies and the defendant
saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs said
action hereof against him, It is ordered by the Court
that the said plaintiff do have his Judgment against
the said defendant by default for want of plea and that
the Clerk do assess the damages, Whereof the Clerk having
assessed the damages at ------------------------------------
Dollars and, it is further ordered considered and adjudged
by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of
