                                  And now on this day
came the parties with their respective attorney and the
defendant saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the
plaintiff said action hereof against him. It is ordered
by the Court that the said plaintiff do have his Judg-
ment against the said defendant by default for
want of plea, and that the Clerk do assess the dama-
ges whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at
Seventy two ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dollars and fifty
seven ~~~~~~~~~~~~ cents.  It is further ordered consi-
dered and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff
do have and recover of and from the said defendant
the said sum of Seventy two ~~~~~~~~~~ Dollars and
fifty seven cents for his damages together with
his cost in this behalf expended Taxed at two ~~~~
Dollars and ninety five cents and the defendant in mercy

                                  And now on this day came
