It appearing that said
James J. Kennard has escaped from the
jail of Columbia County where he was committed
It is ordered by the Court that a capias do issue
to the Sheriff of Alachua County to arrest him

On the calling of this cause
on motion of the Solicitor the same was continued
by order of the Court

On motion this cause was
submitted to the Court under written stipulation
and the papers delivered to the Judge
