the plaintiff do have and recover of and from
the defendant the sum of Fifty nine -----------

by the Clerk for his damages for the non performance
of his said premises and undertakings together with his
costs in this behalf Expended taxed at Four -------

mercy &c

by their respective attorneys and it appearing to the Court
that the defendant consents to judgment and that the Clerk
do assess the damages, Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at Two hundred & fifteen Dollars and twenty four
cents It is ordered considered and adjudged by the Court that the
plaintiff do have and recover of and from the defendant the said
sum of Two hundred & fifteen Dollars and twenty four cents for
their damages together with the Costs in this behalf Expended Taxed at Four
Dollars and five cents |
