On motion of plaintiff's attorney It is ordered by the
Court that this Cause be dismissed at the cost of the plaintiff

And now on this day came the plaintiff by his
attorney and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that
the defendant acknowledges his debt, and consents that the plaintiff
do have his Judgment, against the defendant for his debt and dam
-ages and that the Clerk do assess the same Whereupon the Clerk
having assessed the debt and damages at Two hundred & fourteen
Dollars and forty three cents, Whereupon It is ordered con-
sidered and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and
recover of and from the defendant the said sum of Two hundred
and fourteen Dollars and forty three cents, together with
his Costs in this behalf Expended Taxed at Two -------
Dollars and Ninety five cents and the defendant in mercy
&c
