And now on this day came the plain
tiff by his attorneys, and it appearing to the satisfaction
of the Court that the defendants consent that
the plaintiff do have his judgment against them in
this cause, and that the Clerk do assess the damages
and the Clerk having assessed the damages at One
hundred & forty three Dollars and Eighty six cents
Thereupon It is ordered considered and adjudged
by the Court, that the said plaintiff do have and
recover and from the said defendants the said
sum of One hundred & forty three Dollars and Eighty
six cents for his damages, together with his
costs on this behalf expended taxed at Five ---
Dollars and thirty three cents, and the defendant
in mercy &c

Court that the defendant consents that the plaintiff do have his
judgment against him in this cause with stay of execution exe-
cution until the next term of the Court, and that the Clerk do as-
sess the damages, and the Clerk having assessed the dam-
ages at One hundred & fifty Dollars and Nineteen cents, It is
further ordered considered and adjudged by the Court, that the said
plaintiff do have and recover of and from the said defendant
the said sum of One hundred & fifty Dollars and nineteen
cents for his damages, together with his costs on this behalf ex
pended taxed at Four Dollars and Sixty five cents and
the defendant in mercy &c
