Gabriel S. Sanchez  }
                      And now on this day came the
plaintiff by his attorney and the defendant saying nothing
in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs said action
hereof against him it is ordered by the the Court
that the plaintiff do have his judgement against by
default and that the Clerk do assess the damages 
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at Eighty seven
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dollars and twelve ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cents
It is further ordered considered and adjudged by
the Court that the said plaintiff do have and recover
of and from the said defendant the said sum of
Eighty seven ~~~~~ Dollars and twelve ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Cents for his damages together with the further sum
of Four ~~~~~~ Dollars and twenty nine      Cents
for his Costs in this behalf expended taxed at
defendant Dollars and          Cents and the
defendant in mercy &c

Nathaniel Jameson}  by the Court that an alias sum-
ons do issue in this cause

Erastus L. Pendarvis}            And now on this
day came the plaintiff and by consent of I and by his
attorney, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that
the defendant consents that the plaintiff do have is Judgment - -
against him in this cause with stay of execution until the next
term of the Court, and that the Clerk do assess the damages,
Whereof the Clerk having assessed the damages at One hun-
dred & thirty five Dollars and thirty one    cents, It is
further ordered considered and adjudged by the Court - -
that the said plaintiff do have and recover of and from
