the said defendant the said sum of one hundred & thirty
five Dollars and thirty one cents for his damages
together with his cost in this behalf expended taxed at
Four ---- Dollars and sixty five cents and the defendant
in mercy &c

the plaintiff by his attorney and it appearing to the satisfa
ction of the Court that the defendant consents do have his 
Judgment against him in this cause with stay of execution 
until the next term of the Court, and that the Clerk do 
assess the damages, Whereof the Clerk having assessed 
the damages at                             Dollars and 
             cents, It is further ordered considered and 
adjudged by the Court that the said plaintiff do have 
and recover of and from the said defendant the said
