and provided:

                          And now on this day came
the Plaintiff by his attorney and the defendants saying
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs said action
hereof against them, It is ordered by the Court that
the plaintiff do have his judgment by default
against the defendants for want of a plea and
that the Clerk do assess the damages, Whereupon,
It is the Clerk having assessed the damages at,
Eighty two ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dollars and Eighty two
     cents It is further ordered considered and
adjudged by the Court that the said Plaintiff do
have and recover of and from the Said defendants
the said sum of Eighty two ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
