favour of the said plaintiff and against the said defendant for
the sum of Two hundred and forty six Dollars and Eighty six
cents for the plaintiff's damages.  Whereupon It is ordered con-
sidered and adjudged by the Court that the said plaintiff do have
and recover of and from the said defendant the said sum of Two
hundred & forty six Dollars and Eighty six cents for his dama-
ges, together with his costs in this behalf expended, taxed at two
dollars and Sixty five cents, & the defendant in mercy &c

                   And now on this day came the plaintiff by
his Attorney, and the defendant in his proper person, and
by consent It is agreed by the parties that Judgment be
entered in favour of the Plaintiff and against the said defendant
for the sum of One hundred and Seven dollars and sixty
cents for said plaintiffs damages, Whereupon It is or-
dered considered and adjudged by the Court that the said plain
tiff do have and recover of and from the said defendant the
said sum of One hundred and seven dollars and sixty
cents for his damages, together with his costs in this behalf
expended taxed at two dollars and sixty five cents &
the defendant in mercy &c
