and deft. It is ordered by the Court that this cause be
continued until the next Term of this court.

                   And now at this term of the Court
came the parties to this cause by their respective attorney
and the pleas of the defendant having been withdrawn
and the said defendants saying nothing in bar
or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover, It is
ordered by the Court that the plaintiff do have his
judgment against the defendants by default and that
the Clerk do assess the damages, Whereupon the Clerk
having assessed the plaintiffs damages at Seven hun
dred & Twenty Eight Dollars and Forty ----- cents It is further
ordered considered and adjudged by the Court that
the plaintiff do have and recover of the defendants
the said sum of Seven hundred & Twenty Eight Dollars and
Forty ------ cents for his Damages together with
his costs in this behalf paid laid out and Expended,
Taxed at          Dollars and           cents and
the defendant in mercy &c
