And now on this day came the said
plaintiff by his attorney Jessie T. Bernard Esqr and the said
defendants comes by their attornies Bradford & McLin & says nothing
but makes default & whereupon the said plaintiff prays Judge
ment for want of a plea & that the Clerk assess the damages
& the Clerk having assessed the damages by reason of the premises
at the sum of Two Hundred & Thirty five dollars and Thirty six
cents, Therefore it is considered by the Court that the said
plaintiff do recover of the said defendant the said Sum
of Two hundred & Thirty five Dollars and Thirty six cents
so as aforesaid assessed against him with interest thereon
untill paid together with the further sum of
dollars and cents in this behalf
expended and the said defendant in mercy &c

of a plea & that the Clerk assess the damages and the Clerk
having assessed the damages by reason of the premises at the
sum of Six hundred Eighty one Dollars and Twelve --- cents
Therefore it is considered by the Court that the said plaintiff do
recover of the said defendant the said Sum of Six hundred
Eighty one Dollars and Twelve Cents so as aforesaid assessed
against him with interest thereon untill paid together with
the further sum of dollars and
cents for his cost in this behalf expended & the
said defendant in mercy &c
