And now on this day came the said plaintiff
by his attornies Bradford & McLin & the said defendant
comes by his attorney George A. Dewson his attorney and says noth
ing but makes default & whereupon the said plaintiff prays Jud
gement for want of a plea & that the Clerk assess the damages
& the Clerk having assessed the damages by reason of the premi
-ses at the sum of One hundred & Thirty one Dollars &
cents, Therefore it is considered by the Court that the said
Plaintiff do recover the said Sum of dollars
& Two Cents so as aforesaid assessed against him
with interest untill paid together with the further sum of
Dollars & cents for his cost
in this behalf expended & the said defendant in mercy &c

endant comes by George A. Dewson his attorney and says nothing
but makes default & whereupon the said plaintiff prays Judgement
for want of a plea and that the Clerk assess the dama
ges and the Clerk having assessed the damages by
reason of the premises at the sum of One hundred & Thirty one
Dollars & Two cents, Therefore it is considered by
the Court that the said plaintiff do recover of the said
defendant the said Sum of One hundred & thirty one Dollars &
Two Cents so as aforesaid assessed against him with
interest thereon untill paid together with the further
Sum of One hundred & thirty one Dollars & Two cents
for his cost in this behalf expended & the said defend
ant in mercy &c
