And now on this day came the said
Plaintiff by his attornies Bradford & McLin Esqrs and the said
defendant by George A. Dewson his attorney and says nothing
but makes default, and whereupon the said plaintiff prays
Judgment for want of a plea and that the Clerk assess
the damages, And the Clerk having assessed the dam
ages by reason of the premises at the sum of Two hundred
Twenty seven Dollars & cents, Therefore it is considered
by the Court that the said plaintiff do recover of the
said defendant the said sum of Two hundred & Twenty Seven
Dollars & Cents so as aforesaid assessed ag
-ainst him with interest thereon untill paid together with
the further sum of Dollars &
Cents for his cost in this behalf expended and the said
defendant in mercy &c

And now on this day came the said
plaintiff by his attornies Bradford & McLin Esqrs and the defend
ant comes by his attorney George A. Dewson his attorney and says
nothing but makes default, and that the Clerk assess the
damages And the Clerk having assessed the damages by
reason of the premises at the sum of One hundred Twenty Eight Dollars &
Sixty -------- cents, Therefore it is considered by the Court that
the said plaintiff do recover of the said defendant the said
sum of Dollars & Cents
so as aforesaid assessed against him with interest thereon
untill paid together with the further sum of
Dollars & Cents for his cost in this behalf
expended and the said defendant in mercy prays &c
