Court met pursuant to adjournment present the
Honourable B.A. Putnam Judge
           To the Honourable Benjamin A. Putnam
Judge of the Circuit Court Eastern Circuit of Florida
           Your Petitioner John A. Emmirson Respectfully
showeth unto your honour that he is desirous of being
admitted to the practice of Law at the present term of this
Court                Jno A. Emmirson  
   We the undersigned Respectfully Shew unto your honour
That we are acquainted with the petitioner and that he
is a man of good moral character & of the age of Twenty
