Wednesday 16th 1857
               
                                  Dollars for
his Costs and charges by the said Court before
the aforesaid Judge thereof now here adjudged
of increase to the said plaintiff and with
his assent, which said damages costs and
charges in the whole amount to
                            and hereupon the
plaintiff prays the writ of the State of Florida
to be directed to the Sheriff of Alachua County
aforesaid to cause him to have possession of
the said premises according to the force from
and Effect if his said recovery, and it is granted
to him returnable to said Court at Gainesville
in the County of Alachua when Executed
Judgment Signed this       day of December
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
Hundred and fifty Seven.
