And now on this day came the Plaintiff
by his attorney George A. Dewson Esqr & the said defendant
comes by Bradford & McLin his attornies and says nothing but makes
default wherefore said Plaintiff moves for Judgment for want
of a plea & that the Clerk assess the damages & the Clerk
having assessed the damages by reason of the premises at
the sum of Sixty Dollars & Forty Eight Cents
Therefore it is considered by the Court that the said Plaintiff
do recover of the said defendant the said sum of Sixty
Dollars & forty Eight Cents so as aforesaid
assessed together with interest thereon & the further sum of
dollars & cents for his
Cost in this behalf expended & the said Defendant in
mercy &c
