                         And now on this day came the said
Plaintiff by his attorney George A. Dewson Esqr and the
said defendant comes by Jesse T. Bernard his attorney &
says nothing but makes default whereupon the said Plaintiff
moves for Judgement for want of a plea, & that the Clerk
assess the damage and the Clerk having assessed the
damages at the sum of              Dollars &
          Cents Therefore it is considered by the Court
that the said Plaintiff do recover of the said defendant
the said sum of             Dollars &
         Cents so as aforesaid assessed together with interest
thereon until paid, and the further sum of
         Dollars &          Cents for his cost in
this behalf expended and the said defendant in mercy &c

defendant comes by his attorney Jessee T. Bernard and says nothing
but makes default Wherefore the Plaintiff moves for Judgment
for want of a plea, & that the Clerk assess the damages
& the Clerk having assessed the damages by reason of
the premises at the sum of                      Dollars &
            Cents Therefore it is considered by the Court
that he said defendant Plaintiff do recover of the said defendant
with interest thereon until paid & the further sum of
            dollars &                  Cents for his
Cost in this behalf and the said defendant in mercy &c
